It was a great day indeed.
First, I had a couple friends pick me up and take me out to breakfast this morning.
Then later today I went to my daughter’s house to help with a few home repair projects. My kids were there and we all had some of mama’s delicious homemade pizza after the projects were complete.
My granddaughter, Esther, handed me a gift bag after dinner with some gifts she picked out.
And then we all finished the night with some ice cream cake.
Yup, a fine day indeed.
