Thanks everyone. Since the high for today where I live is 30F I'll be re-seasoning the cast iron indoors. Uncle Bill, Mom and some other family members were going to take me out to dinner tonight at Van's Pig Stand for BBQ and dessert but Bill got sick and had to postpone.
