THANKS Fella ! My Great, Great, Great Grandfather came over from County of Cork in 1825 during the potato famine. Youngest Daughter died of Cholera in the Gulf of St. Lawrence and he fell of the barge poling it across Rice Lake (by Peterborough, Ontario) and drowned. Fortunately the oldest Son was 15 and got the cow, bag of flour and an axe... or the entire family would have been SOL.

Well my Family is and from the O'Tracey Clan so it is my DNA and Blood Line. Made the customery boiled dinner...not a 6 pack and a boiled potato...but the real deal and I have to say, it was my best attempt ever!!! It is after all a routine so after all these years of making it, this one was a keeper. In fact, I had warmed up leftovers for breakfast today!!! Now ya can't beat that either!!! cr8crshr/Bill
