Harmonic balancer and pulley issue

1974 440. Cast crank. Putting the engine together, the crankshaft pulley i have is a 4 row pulley and I have AC, power brakes, power steering. It came in the box of parts with the engine. The cast crank balancer has symmetrical bolt pattern. The pulley is asymmetrical, meaning '71 and earlier. Can I just open up one of the holes slightly on the pulley to make it symmetrical? The 2nd hole away from the woodruff key, counterclockwise is the only one off.
