that's a good thought on 3d printing, good printers are becoming affordable now. Thanks for posting this battle. Have you looked at the classic industries woodgrain panels? the catalog just came in and I see they are around 800 dollars and the inserts are available separately.
 
The last time I checked they do not sell standard dash woodgrain dash moulding for a Coronet R/T. They've been selling the charger dash stuff for years. It's about time they made some for my car.

hey mechanic the part number in the mopar classic catalog is MB855 for 69 rallye dash woodgrain without a/c.
