Has anyone heard if STROUD SAFETY is in financial trouble

I have been using Stroud for years and love their products and now heard rumors that they might be closing their doors.Is there any truth to it?
say it isn't so!

We don't run any of there stuff... but were they not one of the only Mfg. who will re certify belts?

they did recert. their own belts, but they distributed tons of safety equipment to most racing shops and companies. companies like summit. A.R.T, S& W,JEGS, Chassis Engineering all sold their product. its ashame another great USA MADE COMPANY gone.
