I have a road runner that was made at lynch road, that’s a Plymouth. I think maybe they made both then?

I'm virtually certain your Roadrunner isn't a 71....

I have a lynch road roadrunner too, but it is a 69. I don't know exactly what lynch road was making in 71, but I suspect 69Coronetrt is right.

You can remain certain because it’s not. Didn’t realize they dropped Plymouth and became dodge only, at what year?

Lynch Road was Dodge Charger/Coronet only for MY 71 and 72. Plymouth came back in73.

I've often wished somebody would print a definitive list of what cars were produced at what plants in each year.

Cool beans, love it when a numbers block finds the original car!

Interesting. This engine is a 440 6pack. The story is this has never been ran and was a crate motor from back in the day from mopar. the owner is under the impression it has never been in a car. Its still still sitting on the pallet fully dressed. This engine is somewhat of a mystery. it been sitting like this in an acquaintances garage for about 25 years.
That being said, Id be really surprised if this was his original block.

Wow! I’m glad i clicked on this one. This is getting real interesting now. If it is the case, would be nice to find out why it was removed and ended up sitting for all these years. :popcorn2:

It's not a "crate" engine if it has a VIN # stamped on it. Pulled out day 2 to put another engine in the car maybe...

Wow this is getting interesting. Here is the title I got with car I will take photo of tag when I get by the car. Do you know where this engine is and are more parts available?

The story goes that about 25 years ago someone owed my friend some money and gave this to him to pay off the debt. Its been in his garage ever since.
