One day last week we had a frost advisory here, don't know if we got any? Monday night we had a freeze warning but I don't think we hit that either? Woke up Weds. morning to frost melting on the ground, so we hit it! It's supposed to hit the low 80's this weekend with nights in the mid 40's, goofy weather for sure!

We expect the first significant winter weather system for the mountains Sunday with deteriorating travel conditions through the day over the passes as the snow becomes heavy at times and wind helps to create localized whiteouts for drivers. Be prepared for winter travel if your plans take you west this weekend. Some of the mountain areas likely to get more than a foot of snow by late Sunday or early Monday.

Frost every morning for the past 1.5 months. Lows in the 20's. Three inches of fresh snow this morning. Last week also had 3 inches one morning that melted off.
