I personally like to listen to smart people regardless of their politics. Like everyone else, I heard the outtakes from the interview but in my opinion, those weren't the important takeaways. I'm encouraging you to listen to the whole thing on YouTube.

Banks used to look at commercial real estate as an A+ investment. Now with people working from home 40% of office space is empty. It's a liability to have loaned out a bunch of money to office space builders and investors. Since the interest rates on homes are going up the price of homes has to go down. That's bad if you loaned someone a million dollars and now the home is worth $750,000. More and more banks will fail.
