Having an issue with borgeson small block power steering kit!

It looks like bracket may be wrong for my setup on my 72 La 318 motor my coolant hose is aimed right at the pump. Any helps appreciated

Thats not a 72 water pump. 72 outlet is on the passenger side.

Yep, The pump is a 69 and older cast iron. You need the 70 up aluminum and may even need to change the balancer because the timing marks are also on the opposite side. Looks like a mix of parts from different years.
