Wanted to get some headers for my 1967 charger with a 318 and power steering. Looking for dougs or equivalent, any recommendations? Also what addituonal info do i need, and what hardware should i get at the same time. Thanks

I put TTI on my Duster, they fit fantastic. They are expensive but well worth it. I’m even putting them on the Road Runner

Thanks Eric. Been reading here, pretty popular. What finish did you get?

Doug's or TTI. Both fit great. Doug's on the 318 Duster, TTI on the 500 stroker in the Bird. The Duster is manual steering, the Bird power steering. Headers aren't even close to the box on either of them.
Ceramic in the Duster, Polished Ceramic in the Bird

I put these on my A100 with a 360 block recently.

No noticeable loss of giddy-up (seat of the pants experience only) - had mine heat-coated also.

Ignore the date on the oil filter.....that was changed a few weeks ago.

I also have TTI‘s on my 318. There‘s still a little bit of clearance to the power steering box. But keep in mind if you ever remove the steering box you have to get rid of the header too. There’s one bolt that is really crappy to get in or out but I don’t remember which. Took me 15 minutes just for removal.
Atleast that’s what I experienced when I converted my power to a manual steering box.

318 with headers. Make sure the header has 318 sized ports. Most don't.
They are 340-360 port which is larger than the port flange of a 318, and can cause exhaust leaks from size mismatch.

Thanks for the tip! Im running 360 heads, but will "measure twice, order once" as the saying goes.
