I was wondering what headers would fit best with my 1976 Chrysler Cordoba 400 BB. Any help or past experience is much appreciated!

I’ve looked at Hooker and TTI but want other peoples opinions. Looking for the best fit I can get.

I ran Heddman’s (1-5/8 or 1-3/4?) on a 440 in a 1977 Cordoba and they fit just fine. It’s a big block b-body with power steering

Best fit would be the TTI's in my book.
Always check for sagging engine mounts and transmission mounts.Any question, replace them.
Now would be a good time to check the iso mounts K frame to body along with cross member mounts.
I had a 79 and replaced all those with a Energy Suspension kit. Made a world of difference with the handling .
A little more info than you asked for.
Here is a photo of TTI's complete dual exhaust on my 79. Mine was a small block and I didn't use headers but thought you may like to see.
I have been using TTI for over 20 years on several dozen projects.

+1 for TTI's. You want the best fit and while they're $$, they're you're go-to headers anymore. For a mild-moderate build, 1 3/4" should easily be enough and give you the most clearance around the starter and spark plugs too. Let us know what you decide.
