what is a good header for a 800hp 1964 dodge 330

There are a few manufacturers of good quality, good fitting and well engineered headers on the market. Hooker and Headman are good quality and make different levels of headers for the same motor/car. Stick with their high end units. I only have experience with TTI's. I've had two sets in two different cars. Very high quality and both sets fit perfectly. I really like TTI's.
If you have aftermarket parts like high capacity oil pans, steering modifications/K members or some starters, it's best to call the manufacturer directly. They can help. Flange thickness is another factor to look at. Thick is better.

exhaust port location should be noted. TTI makes something for about any wedge head.
