Keep in mind aftermarket heater cores usually don't just bolt right in without tweaking at least the pipes a bit

Tommy at Parts Hound in WI helped me as well. Sourced a blower resistor and a replacement connector for a melted one I found in my harness.

Devin Duke has done a lot for me as well on electrics, however he doesn’t do blower motor rebuilds and Tommy does.

I just did our heater box a little while ago. Got the firewall insulation kit, shoddy pad material for the dash housing and heater box rebuild kit. looks good and installed. Bought from National Moparts, Beaverton Ont. Have dealt with them for I think 30 years or more. They charge in Canadian $. I got a repo heater core from the a rad shop here, had to fiddle around to get it to fit well. Made in China, aluminum . If you look up National, don’t see anything in the listings, call.
