Looking for part number 2258681 4 button with 7 nipples and two electrical connectors.
Let me know what you have available

And you can fix those broken off port connections fairly easily if that's the issue with it.

Its shorted inside, side is blistered out.....

Just so you know they are re popping them now.

Are you finding these controls repoped for non AC cars? If so could you point me in the right online direction.

Application is a 64 Dodge Polara. Thanks!

Megaparts and Dodgeboy is a no go...and what Megaparts had was for Dodges and A/C and heat, no 4 button heat and cool.

Agree [unfortunately]. I was hoping that someone had recently repopped the 'Heat only' control for Dodges when snakeoil24 chimed in but I haven't found that to be the case.

I'm going to ask a question in he hope that someone smarter than I can answer it... There seem to be a lot of period correct A/C switches available, with that being said if you don't install the A/C selector button and have no electrical connectors on the A/C terminals why wouldn't it work?

Here is my understanding of the switches.
The 1965 and earlier cars had the 4 button: Off, Heat, Defrost, Cool, switch. This is true if you had A/C or not.
If you had the A/C option, then the 4 button assembly contained an additional 2nd internal electrical switch to operate the A/C compressor.

That is correct so without connecting the other electrical connectors that are present for the A/C the switch should still work as a standard switch.

There is a guy in Texas that rebuilds them completely. I believe his name is Anthony Powell. I'll look up his info. PM me.
