Welcome, both look great! I have a 69 Charger currently being turned into a General Lee also.

Cool General Lee, nice Barracuda, welcome to the FBBO forum

thank you guys !! the charger was a 383 big block with power steering , power disk brakes , power windows , 8/75 rear end with 3,55 posi , tic toc tach , bucket seats and console it was a californian car before going in holland and after in france , and now has a 426 hemi from ray barton , the barracuda was an original french import by " simca chrysler france " it have a 170 ci with manual 4 gears , original power disk brakes and 11 inch rear brakes , the original color was something like " dark burnt " ( i'm not sure ) and also bucket seats and console it's my wife daily's driver

It looks like from your avatar photo, the car in the ditch, maybe that Ray Barton Hemi got away from you at 1 time... Got to love a Hemi.. Cool ride

when i met john schneider at mirande for a country festival , he wrotre to my trunk " keep it beetween the ditches " and i do wrong !! but i had a lot of chances : nothing broke !!! and since i puted the hemi i have done only 500 miles , it's not a monster at the start but you can feel the constant power until the 6100 rpm , i forgot ; i have also putted a gear vendor overdrive on the charger and my daily is a pt cruiser

Nice cars, You don't have to worry about hurting the "General Lee", back in the day the Duke boys could jump that bad boy 50-60 feet , 10 foot up in the air all day long! Welcome to the site, lets see some more pics!

I don't know if this French Mopar fan is the guy I met at the Wally Parks Museum car show a while back, but I came across 5-6 guys from France who were travelling across the US going to car shows and getting very excited when they saw a Mopar. Every time he would pass by I made sure I pointed out where another Mopar was parked, they would then rush over and examine the car closely. The guy I talked to spoke english and said he was originally from Canada and developed his love for Mopar there, he said they each owned a Mopar back home in France. It was nice to hear there are Mopar fans all over the world, sometimes at local car shows I sometimes feel like the Lone Ranger surrounded by Fords and Chevys.

sorry that wasn't me !! in france most of people know mustangs and cadillac , but since 10 years now you can find more and more people who know and love mopar ( thanks to the " dukes " , nash bridgees , bullit and the other one who drove mopar in films )
