Hello, not new to the forum, used to frequent it often.. however can't remember what all my credentials were or what e-mail I even used back then.. so here I am again. Just picked up a '70 Road Runner. 383 air grabber car, numbers motor, has a 4-speed but not a numbers transmission. Going to be looking for some parts and information, however I do already have a pretty complete and solid starting point and most of the parts are there..

Thanks everyone. Will start a thread so everyone can follow the progress.. So far there has been good news and bad news.. Good news is, even though the trans numbers do not match, it does have a '69 440 18 spline transmission installed. Bad news, the numbers 383 has been having its cylinders soaking for almost a week, but she still wont turn over with a bar..
