Help Decoding a 65 Fender Tag

Can anyone help with Decoding this fender tag off my 65 Satellite.

According to the info that I have, this is it. C15 is the scheduled production date Dec 15 1964. 02063 is the shipping order number. R42 is Satellite two door hardtop.P4Y is the trim code,gold bucket seats. SS1 is ivory paint. 40 is 318 - 2bbl. engine. 5 is auto trans. 1 is AC. with heater.3 is back up lights.2 is I don't know. 1 is manual outside mirror. 9 is three speed or variable wipers.

V3= back up lights

R= Belvedere w/vinyl bucket seats
4= premium (price)
2= 2 dr. ht.
P= premium bucket seats
4= vinyl seats
Y= gold seats, gold headliner, gold carpet
SS = ivory (top and bottom)

I’m curious R=Belvedere when my car is a Satellite? WTF?

R is "mid size" Plymouth

The 4 after the R makes it a satellite. A 1 would be a Belvedere 1, and a 3 would be a Belvedere 2.
