HELP decoding data plate 1970 Roadrunner

Can you folks Please help me decode the data plate on my 1970 Roadrunner? I tried looking at multiple sites with little luck. apparently these Lynch road cars are hard to decode?

088: orange engine assembly for B/E-body - 383HP 4bbl (335hp) w/Holley carb. for automatic transmission

054 is a 3.23 open differential, 11" brakes

668 is a HD 727 3 speed

E63 = 383, D32 = 727 Automatic

RM21 = RR Coupe, flip out rear windows

TX9 = Black interior

FF4 = Light Green Metallic exterior

SPD = June 19th.

L31 = Hood mounted turn signals

H2X9 = Black split front bench seat
