Help decoding fender tag

I've looked all over and I can't seem to find reliable decoding info for my fender tag. Does anyone know what this one says? Particularly interested in paint color. Any help would be appreciated.

Axle is 2.94 rear axle ratio
Interior - high trim grade Turquoise interior
Paint - monotone medium Turquoise metallic paint
Dark turquoise metallic upper door frame color

h7 fender or hood mounted turn signal indicators
M3 ?

Its a 67; not a 68.

Only five digits in the SO number; not six as in 68.
Three number tire code not two like 68.

Yes. Sorry about that. It is a fender tag for a 1968 model, build date August 31 1967.

1967 model, build date August 31. The 67 year model had 5 digit sales order numbers.

So then it would have a SPD of 8/31/66
