Help installing manual brake firewall plate and master cylinder

1969 Dodge Coronet R/T.

Going from four-wheel power drum brakes to four-wheel manual disc brakes. I have the plate and master cylinder but no other hardware.

My FSM has no pictures of the manual brake master cylinder installation. It just says mount the MC on the studs. I removed the power booster/MC and power brake plate. I need to know how to properly install the manual disc MC to the plate to the firewall. I presume I just need to slip the plate on the firewall stud and install four bolts through the MC from inside.

An exploded image would be very helpful. Or, a good description or photo.

I found a photo. I need the four studs and nuts through the firewall, plate and master cylinder. I assume these just push through from the inside which makes it a two person job; one to hold inside and one outside to tighten.
