The longer it sits out in the open, the less value it will have as it is slowly rotting away.
It is also a low cost car to begin with. The older, less valuable cars are harder to get replacement/restoration parts for. So condition makes a big difference in the value.
Worth more before it got parked.
Will need lots of work to make it safely road worthy again.
Sentimental value seldom equals actual street value...
