Help with 8 3/4 rearend - need photo of adjuster lock

I need some help. I purchased a complete 1972 rearend (8 3/4) and I'm in the process of the complete rebuild of the rearend. I'm usually very good during tear down about tagging and bagging every part. Upon re-assembly I discovered I don't have the adjuster lock for the axle adjuster on the right side. Does anyone have a photo of the part they could share? I inspected the right hand flange and it doesn't have evidence of the lock being installed on the retainer. Only round washer marks were evident before I media blasted the flanges. I may have misplaced the lock but not sure.

Anyone know where to purchase the adjuster lock just in case I can't find it?
