What do you need help with?
I'm 2,800 miles away but if you ask, someone will helpGot to be more specific Steve,

Gotcha! I've got a 440 six pack and I just can't get the motor running right. It's popping in the exshaust.

timing good? how far from knoxville?

I have had the timing all over the place running about 18 advance now I'm about four hours from Knoxville . Doesn't matter if vacuum advance is hooked up are not.

with the timing light on does your timing mark move around alot? and what do you mean are you running your car with the vac unhooked? Driving it that way?

Know it's hooked up just try to understand what is going on. It doesn't appear to me it is

try running just the center carb-unhook linkage- and see what happens. all gaskets good? you can spray carb cleaner around carbs to see if your sucking in air. Did you install the 6 pak and now having trouble? Was it on there need more info.

Six pack already on. I thought it just ran on the center anyway?

it does until you get to higher rpms, outboards then begin to open. Just thought if run just center you car see if that is were the problem is. Did you read the threads I put up?

I did ! I've done everything I know to do I'm just lost right now

In the morning I'm going to pull number one plug and get it tdc and make sure the distribitor is right and my wires one more time. I'll try what you said with the carbs. Are you on FB
