Does anyone have a picture of the rear shackle reinforcement plate that looked like a triangle that was connected to rear of frame. The Hemi car's came withthis. I replaced the rear spring hangers on my 1967 dodge coronet rt and i can not remember what the reinforcement looked like.

I'm reading what you said, but can't quite understand your question. The rear shackles go from the spring eye to the rear chassis rail,so what "triangle" are you referring to???:eusa_eh:

You must be referring to the hemi/convertible torque boxes? Are these what you're talking about?

Rears mount in the front of the rear spring hangers...Fronts mount forward and out from the front frame rail/torsion bar junction.

Propwash the torque boxes is not a problem, I have replaced them. take a look at this short video you will see the rear spring hanger it requires a diamond shaped plate to connect the shackle to the truck extension some how. I did not have the originals they were completely rusted. I made new frame extensions and tied the cross beam to the shackles. But this plate is "triangle in shape can/t find any pics..

Sorry about that snake..Obviously a bit tough picking out where/what someone's talking about when it comes to sections of Chassis under the car.

This subject sparks some interest being I had no idea there was extra metal besides the torque boxes for the Hemi Cars. Below is a couple pic's of the rear shackle support on my '69 roadrunner. Either one of the areas with arrows what you talking about? Narrow view went by pretty quick in the video, but I appreciate you posting it.

Prowash that is the area where it goes now have to find out what it looks like. But you are close. Also the Pininon snubber area has a double layer to reinforce the floor.
