Hi all!

Been spending a lot of time on this forum since I purchased my first mopar - '65 Plymouth Belvedere II with a Slant 6 225ci motor in it.

Looking forward to learning a lot here. Also just purchased a 440 with 727 transmission that my father and my two sons are looking forward to rebuild and drop into this bad boy. Any advice and pointers would be greatly appreciated. Looking to get 350hp out of the 440 and haven't started that project yet.

Thanks Homstead and Ron 73! I picked this up from my father in law. First plymouth I've owned. Really enjoying it. Put back seat seat belts in today and took the whole family downtown for ice cream. We are all enjoying it! Been waiting for something like this for years!

Welcome to FBBO, and 350 H.P. out of a 440 is no problem. Just build it to stock 69 GTX specs. and you will have more than that. You will need to find a V8 K member. Where at in Id. are you? I'm in Rexburg.

welcome to the site nice looking car

Thanks Kdtjb! I'll look up those specs and start planning.

I'm in Hayden Idaho, just a bit north of Coeur d'alene Idaho.

Thanks everyone! Got the car back from the shop today, found a few electrical problems, fixed most. Gathering all the info I need to swap out a 440 into this year!
