I have a 1964 Dodge Polara 500 which has a poly 318 as well. Like you say not much power, but the car cruises nicely. I purchased the car from a cosignment dealer and after the purchase was talking with one of other sales personal about my purchase and he ask which car and told him the 64 Polara. His reply was it was the best cruising car in the building.
