Sure. The 383 came in that model and the 400 is just a over bored 383.

What is in it now? 383 to 400 is pretty much just a drop in. Small block or Poly to 400 is a different swap.

As far as motor mounts are concerned, a small block to big block only requires different steel engine brackets.

You're in the UK so, you also need a big block transmission to mate to the 400 with matching torq convertor, trans Kick down linkage, the big block brackets for power steering pump, alternator radiator etc.
What we used to do 30 years ago was find a rusty big Chrysler and just pull everything out to swap over and junk the rest.

Have a 400 block in my 66 coronet, no issues at all.
