Holley carb for my setup?

What Holley do you guys recommend?

'66 Charger, 361/727. Edelbrock 2186 already on the car. Stock manifolds. Single exhaust. Points.

Sounds like a mild engine.
600 should work.
Sniper is better.
But what's wrong with the Edelbrock?

Carter AVS or Eddie is fine for what you need.. IMO

Well, I've since read your other post, looks like you got issues that may or may not be carb related.
