Where do I find the piece the actual hood bumper screws into? Thanks guys

that flange is on the fender ? or are you looking for the nut thats per attached ??

Ok , this is what I need. There is suppose to be four prongs that go into the fender all but the one showing is broke. Where can I get another. Thanks

I'll ask Tom, but I didn't see it on his web site just the bumper itself that that threads into it. I think it is pretty common on mopars 64 and up
