Thinking of changing from fiberglass hood scoop to my steel hood with two scoops.

What is the correct identifier for this hood so i can buy the correct underhood kit? ... N96 option? / R/T Hood? / Ram Air? / Ram Charger?

Some of the underhood kits show for 69 coronet but look like they are for the side vent hood type. Can anyone advise me of a "complete" kit and what all is needed under the hood besides the aftermarket kit? filters, seals, vents, air cleaner surround?

Are there any issues running the two scoop hood without the underhood kit until I get the funds? I figure it should still flow air just fine with K&N filter setup.

thanks

Yes, N96 is the correct factory option code for this hood.

Dodge called it a "Ramcharger" fresh air hood.

Plymouth called it an "Air Grabber" fresh air hood.

Thanks for the clarification and the photo! You have made my sunday a lot easier. Looks like I need to buy the kit and an air cleaner package as well.

do some additional research as to weather your carb/ intake set up will work with the N-96 option.or it could end up being expencive garage art! LOL!

good call, thanks for the reminder. My intake and carb spacer will not work. I will probaly store the hood until I'm ready for a complete crossover. Already have a weind tunnel ram and twin carb sidepull setup as garage art from last makeover....
