Pulled the steering wheel on my 66 Charger and found the horn contractor broken. Can anyone steer me where to get a new one?

Yes it is called a Horn Switch. the design changed in 1966 I wonder if I can use the newer design on my older car?

To me, they look rather different.

If you look at the '66 NOS one, the 3 holes are open, whereas on the '67-up one they look closed (but others are open) so will it line up?

There is also 2 square(ish) locator nubs on the '67-up one, which are not present in the '66 NOS unit photo. So you'll be shaving those off.

That's just the differences I can see from those pictures.

I get trying to save a few bucks, but you will likely have to alter the JEGS one, so if it doesn't work, you can't return it, and you're out that cost and might have to buy the NOS one in the end.

Sometimes people spend dimes to save nickels.

My 2 cents.
