Horrendous Vendor Warning

well guys after alan read my post here and on fabo he texted me last night and he wasn't happy with me posting about my experience with the pad. I explained to him that It was all true I didn't make anything up and that if he would have just responded to my numerous emails calls texts and voicemails about my order status in early September I would have been fine with waiting a couple months to receive it,and would have never posted a negative post about him and he explained that if he replied to the 100's of orders it would have delayed the working the bugs out /shipping pads longer to which I said that I have been doing resto's since the eighties and besides a killer product communication is the next most important thing tell the customer something even if it's not what they want to hear and most of the folks out here pissed would propably be ok with waiting a little bit if you would just kept them informed instead of them reading other unhappy folks posts and thinking they got ripped and aint heard from him in months and he agreed...he explained the numerous little things that had been going on and said that they are seeing light at the end of the tunnel and hopefully within 60 days ALL!! the orders will be shipped or refunded and all the folks waiting on there core fee and shipping fee will be taken care of he has nothing to gain from telling me this and I believe he was truthful in his explanation he apologized for the delay in my order. I am in no way getting anything out of this post other than the satisfaction of hopefully brightening some ones day by giving them hope that there pad is on the way I know that hearing this from me is in no way as good as it would be if it were coming from him or some one in his company but I hope that in the next 60 days all my buddies in mopar land will be happy and have nice dash pads on there rides I'm happy with my pad now that it's on my shelf and I honestly feel like the rest of you guys waiting will be happy soon also,,,Joe

If Alan has time to browse our forum he has time to put out a mass e-mail to the 100s of people waiting on their order. Just sayin....

Man I just bounced between 4 web sites tracking frustrated members posts about this duech bag ALLEN FOXX what a POS! I hope this guys shows up at a car show here in CAL it will be his last.:angryfire:

Yeah I started those threads. He is a total peice of $h!t....... You guys should read what others have posted about lawsuits people have against him. He ripped off a guy for 50k on a restoration. Judge ruled in other guys favor for about 70k. I talked to him about 3 weeks ago and he gave me the same story I was fed 3 months ago... I'm backed up 1700 orders, blah blah blah, only reason he returned my calls bc I said I needed to order 7 dash pads. I tried to get ahold of him for 3 months and nothing. He only likes to get the money and not do any work. Sounds like he would really like to be on welfare!!
