The 71 Satty I just bought has a holley 750, but there's no choke, and it's hard to keep it running when cold start..
What are my options..forgive me if this is a simple answer..not that mechanically inclined..

if the choke blade and linkage are there, holley makes an electric choke kit.

If the butterfly/linkage and arm are still present and you don't want to go the electric route, universal maunual choke cables can still be found at most auto stores. Toss on the cable, clamp it down, run the cable through a plug on the firewall and mount on/under the dash somewhere....walla! 8-9 bucks and you're ready to roll
