How I landed on 15 inch repro Road Wheels -- who knew they made them?

Hey, all, I've gotten a few likes on this thread in the past few days but I figured the thread was dead. After a year 6k people have viewed it! That is great! I have an update however! With all of my weekend cruising, I still love the wheels, but the front drums have proved a little unreliable in a swarm of modern cars. So, I'm giving up my red drum for a red caliper to match my back drums and put on 78 Cordoba 11.75 discs up front. You can still see the red caliper a bit so again safety over seeing the full drum. I'm still keeping it all stock/Mopar with OEM/remanufactured/repro parts based on the DISC-O-TECH article.

There is a post here where I asked people's opinion about using 11 or 11.75 discs and my current progress. As of today, everything is done except for the driver side of the car:
Disc Brake Swap Rotor 11 or 11.75?

I like that look. Looks stock but you have to really double take to notice it.

Hope to see it at Spring Fling this year.

I've gone twice a year since 2018 when work relocated me from Virginia. I took my 68 (in the pictures in this thread) in Spring 2019 and a kid and his family leaned up against it to take a picture and put a four inch scratch on the right fender. Been a little gun shy every since but I've gone to every one since just without the 70. Maybe in the Spring I'll bring it. Thanks!

That's really unfortunate.

We usually have a pretty good considerate audience. The parking situation keeps the common fair weather passer-bys away.

Agreed. It was a family just walking through. Oh well, I sold the car in 2019 and eventually got my 70.
