How the hell?

I am about the most computer illiterate person in the world...How can I post pics here. I am going to throw my 64 project up for sale again, or parts... I have a file of pics on file. How do I move them to the thread. I need to get this car out of my shop. Don't have the time for it.

Option 1 ---Its the paper clip looking (attachment button) you want to find and upload the picture you want to add ...Thats it...

Option 2--- use http://imageshack.us/ and then under resize options choose (Forum size) and then add the forum URL
