I have all the numbers fram my Dana 60 axle, can some one tell if this axle could be the original axle for my Charger -70 440 Sixpack. Numbers from the axle as below. Side of the house ; C34155 and on the tube 603109 2 and 12 29 9 C7 above those last numbers is 12 4 9 C1

Thanks in advance
Sam

It can be the correct rear but theres no VIN at the rear to proof that, 603109-2 says 69.5-72 b-body 3.54 Power Lock.

What's the build date of your car? The axle is dated December of '69 so it's definitely for a '70 model year.

My Charger was built in 12 of may 1970 and probably delivered in 3 of July if I read the Certificate document correctly.

Then I bet it's the original housing. Not at all unlikely for parts to hang out that long before they got slapped on.

Now I know my Charger -70 Sixpack with 4 speed and Dana is a complete numbers matching car, thanks
