Rear glass will need to come out. Locate all of the spot welds, get a Blair Tools spotweld cutter and go to town.

Yup! and to dig a little deeper, you'll have spot welds to remove across the lower window frame, to the quarters and the trunk gutters at the upper corners. Also there is brass braze needed to be grinded out at those corners as well.

Unitized bodies don't work very well when bolted together. At least they are not solid welded!
