How to store and engine

I am pulling the motor out of my car. There is nothing wrong with the motor but I am replacing it. The engine is still in the car and runs. I have drained the oil, added a new oil filter and fresh oil with lucas oil stabilizer. I plan on fogging the engine while running. Do I have to drain the oil from the motor when leaving on the engine stand? What about the coolant, should it be drained from the block? i plan on spraying some fogging oil in the cylinders and turning it every couple months. It probably will be on the stand for more than 5 years.

wen I store one for long period of times fog it back off rocker arms tape over all holes and build a cradle for it to set on out off 2x6s I don't let them hang on a estand for long.............Artie

I use transmission fluid when I fog mine for winter hibernation.

i found marvel mystery oil works a bit better long term.its a bit more viscous then atf.
