Hub cap question?

On the production broadcast sheet (found under rear seat) for my 68 Coronet R/T under the build codes it has 16B for the wheels which I think were black painted steel wheels and for the wheel cover code it has 64. Does anyone know what wheel cover a code 64 is? Is it the dog dish type or a full hubcap? If anyone knows post a reply or send me a PM. Thanks.

Nobody knows what a #64 wheel cover is on the brodcast sheet? I'm thinking it might be this style hub cap? (sorry for the blurry photo,taken on cell phone)
