hush mat vs lizard skin

Can anyone tell me what they think is the better one to go with? It's for my 68 coronet 500.

If you doing a "frame off" restoration Lizard Skin is the way to go. Really cannot see it, you can paint over it and it works great but it is a spray on. Hard to use Lizard Skin if you do not have the whole car apart......

I have used the lizard skin product on all the cars I have, I love the product and what is does. I used to use dynamat. the lizard skin sound proofing doe a fantastic and the ceramic coating helps keep the car cooler inside.
