Hydraulics gone bad

Poor 'bastages' seen a few in person back in the day
lots of lowriders cruising, doing that stuff...

way undersized tires, for that abuse & 13" spoked wheels
didn't go/fare well either

Those first 2 had no driver by the looks. Luckily for the 2nd one especially, they'd likely be killed.

I've never understood that whole scene. Trash.

I did some work on one called the grasshoppa it was an old Monte Carlo, bass boat green and junk. Pay me enough I’ll fix it, he did , frame repair and run chains from the frame to the rear axle. That’s what he was using to make it do the three wheel thing. It had more in batteries and hydraulics than the entire car was worth. It was rough and a turd but hey the $$ was nice.

That sounds like the car that was on Roadkill!

I didn’t see that episode. The Monte Carlo would lift so much it could bind the u joints. I did see the episode with the caprice and that was goofy as heck. It’s a wonder some of the stuff goes down the road at all!
