I know what your talking about, Out of all the cars I've built this one is going to be the jewel, not one thing left untouched or rebuilt. All brand new brakes, suspension, interior, cooling system, every nut and bolt, wiring, rebuilt the tranny, motor, rear end, power steering box, power steering pump, steering column, along with countless hours of custom work "I'm really going to enjoy it".I guess I'm in the same boat, but mine is on jackstands as I'm rebuilding the front suspension, upgrading to disc brakes and the motor and trans are out (already been rebuilt). But it's a fight not to rush things and do it half-assed. I'm not bolting on any rusty parts so everything is getting stripped and painted or new/rebuilt items are being put on. Even taking the time to primer/paint all the suspension pieces that come in bare metal.
