Thanks for posting. I was unaware of this somewhat verbose fellow, but he was after all giving a speech. He is absolutely accurate, but may have glossed over the main root problem even though he did mention it.
Lack of strong black fathers in black families. That and the current media constructed promotion of "black culture" that encourages bad grammar, bad manners, bad perception of black women, bad relationships with law enforcement, bad understanding of the aquisition of wealth, bad attitude toward drugs and a bad understanding of how black culture got where it currently is after the black population was thriving post depression up through the 50's. Then came Johnson and the New Deal that made it so that single black mothers got more government money the more fatherless black babies they could pop out.
Just my opinion.

Something I ponder when out witnessing the phenomena while listening to the msm tell me how much we hate each other.
