So I replaced all brake lines, wheel cylinders on all 4 wheels new shoes and hard wear, new "master" (which I think is the problem). Now the situation I bled and bled and got all the air out of the lines but the pedal just sinks to the floor, so went back got another same thing, so the term third times the charm came to mind but still have the same issue. the car is a 65 coronet with drums all the way around single master. does anyone have any idea. o one more thing the car was in the air my friend hit the brake and I tried turning the wheels, I could not turn the drivers side but i could on the passenger side. Thanks for any help

check out the backside of the drum backing plate. There is a spiral adjuster that sets your pads to the drums. If the pads aren't adjusted out far enough, you will have too much travel when the shoes move out toward the drum, and the pedal will do exactly what you describe.

Check out the pic below. The adjuster is the tube with the knurled ring, located below the green spring. You can access the knurled ring from the backing plate with a screwdriver.

Jack it up and turn the adjuster until there is a slight dragging on the drum that you can feel when turning it. Once you do that to all four, bleed the brakes again.

Also, not sure if you know but bleed in this pattern - passenger rear, driver rear, passenger front, driver front. (moving from farthest to closest to the master cylinder)

That's what I would try first. Good luck with it.

also check to make sure all bleeder screws are on top side of wheel cyl.it will trap air inside if you install them on the wrong sides.

did you bench bleed the master cylinder before you put it in? THATS A MUST!
