Will decide in the morning. Snow has stopped for the most part. The wind is still blowing. Colder than all get out. Will not be going any where till the rush hour stiffs are off the road and drifting has been evaluated. Airports were grounded and travel was not advised today highways were closed. Not many schools open tomorrow. Have fun east of here your turn is tomorrow.

After swapping the road runner leaf springs, replacing two faucets in the house, decorating the outside of the house with Christmas lights, getting the Christmas tree, and thanksgiving for 12 guest (15 people total) I'm looking forward to work tomorrow. It will be peaceful and I'll get some rest and recovery.

LOL, before I retired, we had to be at work to keep the semi’s running so all you slackers could have food,building supplies, gasoline/kerosene,etc. yes, it’s always cold at 0400 in the a.m.!

Between 2500 and 3000 miles. Of course, I look for the loads with the fewest miles paying the most money, but the long distance loads seem to pay the best.

I noticed ‘ironbuilt’ chimed in with a “like”. One year it was so cold, we went out in 5min. increments to crank down dolly legs to drop a trailer!! Yup, it was cold & the grease/lube was a little thick.I swear that one revolution took 60secs.
