I saw that a few years ago, if it's the same one I'm thinking of...
IIRC it was originally owned by or built for a Saudi Prince or something along those lines,
no expense spared...

It was built in Dubai and is owned by an emir there. He and his father are both huge fans of Power Wagons, and they had this built a number of years ago. "60 Minutes" had a blurb about it once.
