I think the add should have ran like so .
New 1/4's nice rust free fenders nice roof and hood good vin and title for a 70 cuda . For $3000 and if you buy all that you get the remains of this cuda free of charge .Not for nothing but it's not that bad being a n.y. car I've seen worse .
That being said not for me a factory hemi car yeah but a little 318 car nope

By the fact that someone was able to decipher those particular features, his Advertisement basically stated what you reconstructed. For someone wanting that type of project, that is not really too bad of a deal.
