It's a dingle arm bracket that's sits next to the sperving bearing on the chrysler original turbo encabulator.

If those are threaded screw holes, I'm thinking they would face up. Maybe another Pic of it flipped over?

Ok my grandson used his phone and the closest we got was a foot pedal bracket. We did all 3 picks.
