Here's a hood safety latch , that although very similar to the 70 Charger , Also the 70 Road Runner , dated 0369. Anyone have an idea ??

Dart... 2". Coronet I can't get to but it's probably 3"..

It looks like a 1969 Dodge Dart latch with a 0369 or February 5th 1969 date code to me.
The 69 Plymouth B Bodies have a curve at the end of the tab and the 69 Coronets like dadsbee have a flat tab.
The 69 Chargers have a pull rod with no tab.
